VARIETY:  100 % Nebbiolo.

SOIL TYPE:  medium consistency soil tending to clay.

VINEYARDS: located in Rivalta di La Morra and Verduno.

ORIENTATION: routheast.

Ruby red color with soft violet reflections, with a complex, intense, spicy perfume with a fruity touch of wild strawberries, cherry, plum, mixed with light hints of red rose. On the palate rich, wide and velvety, with a great structure and aromatic persistence with an acidic aftertaste, soft and balanced tannins that gives a fresh acidity.

Blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. The wine was aged for 19 months in oak. The Eisele Vineyard grapes are certified ‘Organic’ by CCOF and ‘Biodynamic’ by Demeter

The 30-year-old vines are planted in a soil rich in galestro, clay and minerals, producing grapes that are extremely concentrated.
