Thymiopoulos Rose de Xinomavro 2022
Apostolos Thymiopoulos, one of Greece’s most exciting young winemakers, is considered an absolute expert on Xinomavro and on the Naoussa terroir, the region the grape is indigenous of. His Rosé de Xinomavro is, quite possibly, one of the best Rosés you’ll ever drink and a favourite of sommeliers and critics worldwide.
Bizios Symposium Moschofilero 2018
A typical crispy & zesty, light bodied white wine from 100% Moschofilero that pairs excellently with Mediterranean cuisine dishes.
Tasting Notes: Straw Yellow in color with gray highlights. With aromas of rose and lime that gently cool the palate leaving a pleasant aftertaste with crisp acidity.
Vassaltis Assyrtiko stainless steel 2018
Intense aromas of citrus and saline minerals and vinified in stainless steel tanks to give a pure expression of Santorini Assyrtiko. Match with feta salad, barbecued aubergine, or fresh seafood.

Henschke Keyneton Euphonium Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 IN BOND
Keyneton Euphonium references the Barossa hills village of Keyneton, which was home to the Henschke Family Brass Band and winery. The band was founded by second generation Paul Gottard Henschke in 1888.
Henschke Mount Edelstone Shiraz 2018 - IN BOND
Unusual for its time, the Mount Edelstone Vineyard was solely planted with Shiraz in 1912. From the German ‘Edelstein’ meaning ‘gemstone’ this wine references the small yellow opals once found in the area.

Henschke Hill of Grace Eden Valley Shiraz 2018 IN BOND
Over 180 years ago, Johann Christian Henschke settled in the Eden Valley where he built his farm. When third generation, Paul Alfred Henschke took over the reins in 1914, the now famed Hill of Grace vines were more than 50 years old.
