Produced from some of his finest plots and beautifully blended by Elsa Picard, the young dynamic and highly talented wine maker at this go-to estate. The wine has gorgeous tones of strawberry, mango and layers of stone fruit with a dryness that hits the spot. With seafood, or simply sipping on the terrace, this is definitely a must-have rose for the season.
Silphium was a precious plant for the Romans, so rare that it's almost gone. This mature wine is just as rare, aged in French oak barrels.
