Blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. The wine was aged for 19 months in oak. The Eisele Vineyard grapes are certified ‘Organic’ by CCOF and ‘Biodynamic’ by Demeter

This cuvee is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and the grapes originate from the Eisele Vineyard parcels bordering Simmons Creek. The wine was aged for 20 months in 100% new oak. The Eisele Vineyard grapes are certified ‘Organic’ by CCOF and ‘Biodynamic’ by Demeter

The Podernovi vineyard is a three-hectare site with excellent south-east exposure, situated at 450 metres above sea level. The 30-year-old vines are planted in a soil rich in galestro, clay and minerals, producing grapes that are extremely concentrated.

The 2018 Helichrysum received an abundance of praise, yielding from vineyards around the San Polino winery, in the southeast of Montalcino.

San Polino’s classic and characteristically delicate Brunello di Montalcino is from 5 hectares in the northeast of the appellation, on deep clay soils.
