Blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. The wine was aged for 19 months in oak. The Eisele Vineyard grapes are certified ‘Organic’ by CCOF and ‘Biodynamic’ by Demeter
