Our Wines
Château Capion 2016
It's a saturated dark black-red in colour, with tender, pure scents of super-fine plum, blackcurrant and blackberry, and not a splinter of wood too much. After this fresh yet delicate aroma, the palate is deep, refined, structured and resonant.
Paolini Gurgo Viognier 2017
Vinification: the pressing of the grapes is very soft and the slow fermentation at 15 ° c lasts for about 14 days. The wine ages at controlled temperature followed by a quick passage in cask. Refine for six months in the bottle.
Meerlust Chardonnay 2017
Tasting Notes: Very bright, polished platinum with green, vivacious hue. Complex, appealing nose with pear, citrus and floral notes developing into lemon cream, oatmeal and marzipan richness.
Picpoul de Pinet Cuvée Caroline 2019
Bright and pale yellow wine with very fresh aromas of white flowers, acacia and hawthorn. The palate is fresh and saline but with a slight roundness for a Picpoul.
A gourmet Picpoul.
