A Varietal And A Wine That Symbolizes Sardinia, Cannonau Is One Of The Crown Jewels Of Sella&Mosca. Cultivated With Extra Care, It Enjoys The Warm, Sandy Soils It Grows In, Swept Clean By The Prevailing Northeast Wind.

Notes of citrus zest and passion fruit on the nose with mango and pineapple on the palate.

Grown on flint and limestone soils and sandy terraces.

Following on from cold static settling, the fermentation takes place at low temperatures in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.

This wine comes from the hilltop town of Sancerre on the left bank of the Upper Loire at an elevation of around 300m. The flint, gravel and limestone soils yield a mineral character to the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Grapes picked from vineyard blocks are vinified separately and then blended together for best balance. No oak ageing.
