Some plums, some fresh apple, a steady build up in flesh towards the back of the palate, a good balancing acidity, and fine persistence. Really very good indeed.

Pretty lemon with a lime tint, this is a little stricter at first on the nose, after bottling, but with a wonderful wealth of apple and fresh pear fruit behind, and very good length. Extremely successful. Fine long aftertaste.

Rosso di Montalcino is a wine with its own unique identity and a strong personality. This wine’s style highlights the freshness and integrity of the Sangiovese from this terroir and balances intensity with an immediate appeal.

Delicious white fruit, very balanced, feel the limestone, enough flesh yet with precision as well. A longer and more mineral finish than Forgets.

A little bit of honeysuckle and musk here, but a significant concentration of fruit on the palate, with a density of texture. Plenty of wine to work with here. Drink from 2024-2027. 96 points Susan Hulme MW TWI “The 2017 Biondi Santi Brunello has a lightly fragrant oak nose with notes of cream and vanilla and cherry. The weight is beautifully ethereal with a little of that weightless quality that you find in very fine wines.
The2019 vintage started early and ended later than normal. Spring saw good levels of rainfall which helped maintain water storage levels ready for the warmer months. Summer was one of the hottest on record in Montalcino area. August was marked by cooler temperatures and some rain that replenished water reserves.
Just arrived! New vintage of this delicious Chardonnay. It tastes wonderful and with an awesome price! Yet to be scored, previous vintages have consistently scored in the 90's.
This wine is mineral driven, with slight floral notes and a steely crisp acidity which makes you want to go back for more. A classic and classy Chablis, showcasing the mineral terroir beautifully with notes of flint stone and fleshy fruits lingering on the palate. A wine that goes well with Burgundy snails, Chablis sausage and seafood.
