96 points Susan Hulme MW TWI “The 2017 Biondi Santi Brunello has a lightly fragrant oak nose with notes of cream and vanilla and cherry. The weight is beautifully ethereal with a little of that weightless quality that you find in very fine wines.
99 Points, Kerin O'Keefe, Wine Enthusiast: Perfumed berry, pine forest, new leather and violet aromas mingle with enticing scents of vineyard dust that segue into underbrush and nutmeg.

Violet, rose petals and white pepper rise from the glass. A pleasant freshness to the palate with juicy red orange and grapefruit notes. Fragrant, medium in body and well balanced. An initial dry sensation from the oak, that softens with time. Noticeable tannins, yet fine.
