A mixed case of 6 cremant de Bourgogne sparkling wines from Domaine Parent, including three Cremant rosé and three Cremant Brut.

Nose: Reveals red fruit with notes of white flowers, strawberry, peach, grapefruit and hawthorn.

*All prices in bond* 89-91 Points, Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy. A lighter purple colour with quite a refined floral pinot nose. This upper hillside vineyard stays fresh yet has added weight with global warming. The fresh limestone feel is well supported by red fruit, with attractive persistence.
