90-92, Neal Martin, October 2023. The 2022 Pommard Les Argillieres ler Cru has around 20% whole bunches and 35% new French oak. Parent described this as an understated cru that has a more intense finish. It has a well-defined, very pure bouquet, a mixture of red and blueberry fruit. Fine mineralite. The palate is medium-bodied with just a bit of oak to be assimilated, but good weight, fine-boned with a slightly savory finish. Perhaps a little earlier drinking than Parent's other cuvées.
