The Premier Cru les Serpentières is located a stone's throw from Savigny-lès-Beaune , on the south-facing slope of the valley which moves away from the Corton hill. The gently sloping terroir, facing south, limestone and very stony, is a setting for Pinot Noir .

Intense and deep ruby ​​red color, with an enveloping, fruity aroma of cherry and raspberry, a complex of pleasantly balanced spices and vanilla. On the palate it is rich, ample and velvety, with great structure and aromatic persistence, with elegant and gentle tannins.

*All prices in bond*  86-87 Points Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy. Mid red. A pretty floral red fruit, elegant and with charm, in the style of typical Pernand. Attractively perfumed on the palate too, light tannins, an agreeable lighter red for summer drinking.

The nose has a gentler red fruit, there is a significant ball of soft red fruit in the mouth, strawberries and a few raspberries, some oak at the back, acidity not especially present, tannins properly ripened.
