Our Wines

This wine is mineral driven, with slight floral notes and a steely crisp acidity which makes you want to go back for more. A classic and classy Chablis, showcasing the mineral terroir beautifully with notes of flint stone and fleshy fruits lingering on the palate. A wine that goes well with Burgundy snails, Chablis sausage and seafood.

Johann Donabaum Gruner Veltliner Federspiel is a fascinating white wine from Austria's Wachau region. It shows complex aromas of fresh apple and lemon, with hints of anise and menthol. The wine is dry, with a delicious mineral, white pepper bite on the finish.

*Prices in Bond* Piercingly fresh, intense aromatics reveals hints of sweet pear, apple purée, white blossom, and seductive honeysuckle. On the palate, the freshness and vibrant white citrus fruits melt into a pithy, stony, briney saline liquid minerality.

*All prices in bond*  86 - 88 3 Stars, Jasper Morris, MW, Inside Burgundy Mid lemon and lime, restrained nose. A little bit of honeysuckle and musk here, but a significant concentration of fruit on the palate, with a density of texture. Plenty of wine to work with here. Drink from 2024-2027.
