The Grünhäuser trocken shows clear origins on the nose; dark slate minerality, classic herbal spice, lots of ripe fruit and delicate scents of mint, woodruff and green tea.
Intense aromas of citrus and saline minerals and vinified in stainless steel tanks to give a pure expression of Santorini Assyrtiko. Match with feta salad, barbecued aubergine, or fresh seafood.
