The high quality level of the previously named "Old Vines" will be consistently continued in this Grunhauser. Only the origin is now more clearly specified by name. The Grünhäuser trocken shows clear origins on the nose; dark slate minerality, classic herbal spice, lots of ripe fruit and delicate scents of mint, woodruff and green tea. Rich bite and firm grip on the palate, while being clear, elegant and deep, with fruity play of green apple, quince and a touch of exotic fruit. Seems quite cool overall with fine salty intensity and noticeable tension! Harmonizes perfectly with fine seafood cuisine!
