A little bit of honeysuckle and musk here, but a significant concentration of fruit on the palate, with a density of texture. Plenty of wine to work with here. Drink from 2024-2027. Domaine Michaut Freres Chablis 2022 - DUTY PAID
This wine is mineral driven, with slight floral notes and a steely crisp acidity which makes you want to go back for more. A classic and classy Chablis, showcasing the mineral terroir beautifully with notes of flint stone and fleshy fruits lingering on the palate. A wine that goes well with Burgundy snails, Chablis sausage and seafood.
