Full-bodied, this juicy and complex wine offers no hard edges across the mid-palate, while displaying a generous and juicy nature with lifting tannins and a subtle flavor of dried herbs. x3 Warwick Trilogy 2018 - Warwick Estate have been making the Warwick Trilogy for almost 30 years, without skipping a vintage! It’s a powerful new-world expression of Stellenbosch terroir that sets itself apart; not only by being Cabernet Franc-fronted, but also through its multiple international awards. 55% Cabernet Franc 42% Cabernet Sauvignon 3% Merlot. Deep garnet in colour, with a ruby red rim. Aromas of cassis, lavender, cedarwood, cigar box on the first approach. As the wine breaths it shows more crème de cassis and black berries. The palate is rich and concentrated with intensity and structure. Black berries and cassis follow form the initial aromas though on to a complex aroma of sweet spices and a lovely savoury element. The tannins are firm, but well structured and will allow the wine to age gracefully over the next 5 – 10 years. Decant for a few hours if you want this wine to show its true colours. Ideal with slow roasted lamb shank. Yet to be scored, last 5 vintages have scored 90+pts on robertparker.com

"Opening with an impressive and expressive nose, the 2019 The White Lady Chardonnay bursts from the glass with aromas of sweet baking spices (from French oak), poached apples, sweet citrus, notions of grilled peaches and sweet corn. Medium to full-bodied, the palate offers a juicy mouthfeel with a kiss of sweetness that offers flavors of citrus pastry cream with baked pears and vanilla custard. With a balanced structure, the wine concludes with a long, lingering finish and mineral-laced essence. Only 50 barrels of Chardonnay were made, of which 30% were new French oak." 100% Chardonnay. Ideal with fresh line fish with roasted tomatoes and fresh greens.

x3 Warwick Professor Black Sauvignon Blanc 2020 - 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Striking nose with notes of elder flower, nettles, ripe passionfruit, and lime. The palate is alive and zesty with an abundance of passionfruit and citrus, beautifully textured with bright lingering acidity.
