This wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in warm, sandy soils reclaimed from the extensive beds of sandstone by imposing drainage work. The nose is full, concentrated and complex, featuring the typical fig and bell pepper notes along with components derived from prolonged cold fermentation. The palate is dry and flavoursome with great backbone and length, offering hints of sweet peppers alternating with figs. It is a perfect accompaniment to starters, particularly cream, velouté and onion soups, as well as soufflés, vegetable terrines and elaborate fish dishes.
