Medium to full-bodied, bright and lively, with good tension and a long, saline finish, it demonstrates what a difference high-quality vine genetics can make.
90 points, Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy: From very young vines in their 4th leaf, planted right at the top in Couchey, by the forest on very fine limestone that looks silty. Mostly massal selection from Roulot. Lemon and lime in colour, a pretty personality here. Very supple and subtle, not so concentrated as young vines but really lively. Drink young.
