Medium to full-bodied, ample and seamless, it's sensual and velvety, with melting tannins and a saline finish.
92 points, Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy: Planted in 1960, very healthy, so Jérôme sources his massal selections here. A deep and even purple, slightly spicy nose with a fine dark fruit. Full on the palate, dark raspberry, black pepper, very juicy and excellent length. A site that ripens later which is very valuable now. Fine long finish. Tasted: December 2021
