Medium to full-bodied, velvety and concentrated, it's layered and perfumed, concluding with a long, saline finish.
90 points, Jasper Morris, MW, Inside Burgundy: 30% whole bunch vinification. Another rich deep colour. The heady nose strikes me as a little more powerful, but just needs time in the glass and then all the fruit emerges. Something of a summer pudding enlivened by the whole bunch aspect (30%) which works very well. Tasted: December 2021
