*ALL PRICES IN BOND* 25 year old vines of chardonnay grapes in clay-limestone terroir. Maturing in french oak barrel, 30% of which are new. A rare Chardonnay appellation which is to be served young.
The nose is full yellow peach and hawthorn notes. It is mineral, based on a softly toasted bread background. This wine is crunchy, fullbodied and generous, while remaining quite fresh and subtle.
