Lemon and lime colour. Here the nose is stricter than for the straight Meursault and all the finer for that. Seven rows have degenerated, the rest is in excellent condition on a limestone knoll. A light reductive tension is present but not insistent, though I pick up more on the palate. A little bacon fat shows the riper side, then good acidity. An interesting, idiosyncratic wine.
