Classic pale yellow colour with a light green tint. Strict but appealing, fresh apples, white fruit throughout, on the limestone bench with a little touch of sucrosity. They have had to do a significant amount of work to get this vineyard up to standard, but it seems to be paying off. Tasted: 10/1/2021
