88-90, Neal Martin, October 2023. The 2022 Monthelie Village comes from purchased fruit whereby Parent controls the harvest, raised in 350-liter barrels using 35% new oak. It has an uncomplicated nose with orange zest, and light peach skin touches. The palate is well-balanced with grapefruit and melon, quite pithy in style, with decent weight on the finish. Fine.
