This is one of the top "go to" wines for Pouilly-Fumé. The estate's name is synonymous with style and quality. This is one heck of an entry level for Poully-Fumé. Highly recommended by us. 

Beautiful fruit purity of limes and ripe gooseberry, with tropical, floral and fine herbal notes, ruby grapefruit and white pear drop on the finish. This is cool climate Sauvignon Blanc – vibrant, mineral, elegant, balanced and delicate, with a long, layered and complex finish.

Eat with: Fresh asparagus, chicken and seafood.

Trizanne Barnard is definitely pushes boundaries. Deciding to focus on Elim to produce her white wines, she went as far south as it is possible to go. Elim is an ancient land, at the confluence of the Indian and Atlantic oceans, and at the mercy of the prevailing south easterly wind.
