A wonderfully classic Chablis estate... An elegant Chablis that combines fleshiness and acidity wonderfully and is relentlessly fresh. The terroir is fully expressed in this Chablis with invigorating marine notes, such as oyster shell but also lemon and a fine nutty touch. It is mouth-filling, strong and very salivating!
The 2018 vintage was characterised by early flowering and then a cool, wet summer which provided challenges in the vineyards to avoid downy and powdery mildew, which was avoided and allowed the fruit to ripen slowly, a benefit for Nebbiolo.
