This cuvée is open and expressive. It shows fresh flavours of apricot and white peach on the nose with hawthorn undertones. On the palate the citrus notes come through with precision and are balanced by the richness of the fruit flavours.

92-94 pts Richard Juhlin: "The wine is almost completely dominated by the extremely exciting and rare Tauxières Premier Cru, which is one of two villages classified 99% on the Grand Cru scale. Despite an impressive vineyard area of 237 hectares, it is extremely rare to come across champagnes dominated by this fantastic Cru.
Apostolos Thymiopoulos, one of Greece’s most exciting young winemakers, is considered an absolute expert on Xinomavro and on the Naoussa terroir, the region the grape is indigenous of. His Rosé de Xinomavro is, quite possibly, one of the best Rosés you’ll ever drink and a favourite of sommeliers and critics worldwide.

TO THE EYE: The Brut Réserve boasts a deep golden hue. Delicate, vivacious and long-lasting bubbles are the result of a long, slow maturing process in chalk cellars.
The wines of 5th-generation Jean-Michel Chartron are "well worth seeking out" (Neal Martin). That includes this opulent and creamy Crémant fizz, made from pure Chardonnay. Bright apple and citrus, with floral and biscuit notes and fine bubbles.

Over the past 47 years, Rare Champagne has only released 15 prestige cuvées across 13 vintages. Rare Brut Millésime 2013 is only the 12th iteration of its kind. Rare was considered Piper Heidsieck’s prestige cuvée until 2019. Rare Champagne was separated to form its own standalone house as we know it today.

Chateau de L’Escarelle of one of the most prestigious wine estates in the heart of Provence, with 100 hectares of organically certified vineyards set in 1,000 hectares of beautiful woodland.
This Cuvée has a soft and flowing hue of salmon pink with a few ruby-cherry reflections. The nose is clearly marked by the strawberries both the fresh fruit and as jam. Wild red cherry, redcurrant and with a hint of grapefruit dominate the palate. The mouth is well structured with a constant tension between freshness and a fruity roundness.
