NEW RELEASE (March 2024). The 2015 La Grande Année is shaping up to be one of the best Champagnes of the vintage, on a par with Cristal and outscoring the likes of Veuve Clicquot Grande Dame and Pol Roger Winston Churchill. And yet the best priced out of all of those prestige cuvées!

BY.OTT is blended and bottled in the new Château de Selle cellar, where part of the winery is exclusively devoted to its production.

100% Gamay rosé made by direct pressing and short maceration. Pale, elegant and aromatic with strawberry notes leaping out of the glass.
