Lingeringly perfumed Albariño from the cool, rainy Rías Baixas region of Spain, awash with apricots and peaches with a fine mist of acidity.

Food Matching: Super as an aperitif but matches really well with a wide range of seafood, in particular shellfish.

A fresh bouquet of peach and apricot leading to a rich and full palate with a hint of lemony acidity. Clean and well balanced with a dry, concentrated finish.

Food Matching: From the Rais Baixas in northern Spain, this Albarino pairs brilliantly with local seafood fare. Locals try it with spiced Octopus Pinxtos.

Albariño from a prestigious region of Galicia, tropical on the nose, with pineapple and passion fruit balanced by flowers and a juicy mouthful of apricot and mango.

Food Matching: It pairs perfectly with mussels, squid, octopus, also risottos and marinated or spiced fish.

Tempranillo 80%, Garnacha 5%, Mazuelo and Graciano 15%. TASTING NOTES: At the time of release, this wine showed a bright crimson red colour. On the nose, aromas of sweet ripe fruit and delicate notes of smokiness. On the palate, tastes of cherry, plum and blackberries combined with gentle clean aromas of oak.
