One of the Loire’s most lauded producers, Florent Baumard has courted controversy by pursuing his own ideas and challenging the status quo.In a deeply traditional region, Florent's early adoption of screwcaps and different vine trellising systems marked him out as the enfant terrible of Savennières.

This Cuvée has a soft and flowing hue of salmon pink with a few ruby-cherry reflections. The nose is clearly marked by the strawberries both the fresh fruit and as jam. Wild red cherry, redcurrant and with a hint of grapefruit dominate the palate. The mouth is well structured with a constant tension between freshness and a fruity roundness.

This cuvée is open and expressive. It shows fresh flavours of apricot and white peach on the nose with hawthorn undertones. On the palate the citrus notes come through with precision and are balanced by the richness of the fruit flavours.

Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier

This cuvée has a bright and golden colour. The nose is dominated by the freshness and the fruit. The Chardonnay brings finesse sustained by notes of yellow fruits such as peach and Mirabelle plum. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and generous. The Pinot Noir of Ay gives its structure. Hawthorn and white flowers merge naturally.

A fresh and expressive Soave, with classic white flower and almond blossom perfumes with a clean, waxy character on the palate and a citrus lift.
