Bourgogne Rouge -  has a light cherry and cranberry leaf-scented bouquet. The palate is nicely balanced with supple red cherry and strawberry fruit, leading to a light and clean finish.

*ALL PRICES IN BOND*  Pommard Village la Croix Blanche - 100% destemmed with 30% new French oak. It has a tightly-wound but detailed bouquet with black cherries, bilberry and subtle crushed stone aromas.

From purchased grapes, the Monthèlie Village Rouge has a pleasant dark berry and tea leaf-scented bouquet. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, slightly leafy perhaps, with a gentle grip on the dry finish. Drink this easy-going Montelie over the next two or three years. (Neil Matin)

100% Pinot Noir with 14  to 15 months in French oak where approximately 30% are new. A textured and caressing mouth, concentrated and vibrant medium-bodied flavours that display a touch of wood on the mildly rustic and delicious finish. 

Great with poultry and roast meat.

Petit Epenots 53 years old, grands epenots 26 years old. Clay-limestone pinot noir grapes.

Pinot Noir grapes from 50 year old vines and clay-limestone terroir. Strict sorting by hand on 2 tables, one of which is vibrating. 

*ALL PRICES IN BOND*   The Ladoix 1er Cru la Corvee Rouge contains 25% whole cluster fruit and matured in 25% new oak. It has a pleasant dark cherry and cranberry-scented bouquet with a touch of damp earthiness coming through.

A sensual, elegant and classy wine. A powerful nose made of black fruits, enhanced by floral notes. The mouth is deep, mineral and has well matured tannins.

*ALL PRICES IN BOND*  35 year old vines of pinot noir grapes on clay-limestone terroir.  14 months maturation in french oak barrels, 30% of which are new. 

A fleshy and crunchy mouth, with a red fruits expression that leaves a fresh sensation. Silky tannins.

42 year old vines, clay-limestone terroir. Stalking, cold maceration for 3 - 5 days. Total fermentation on skins 16 - 18 days. 14 months in french oak barrels, 30% of which are new.

*ALL PRICES IN BOND*  Pommard 1er Cru Les Croix Noires, one of the smallest premier crus of the appellation on fine grey clay soils, includes 10% whole-cluster fruit. It has a slightly more tertiary-driven bouquet than Anne Parent’s other cuvées, just a hint of brine underneath the carapace of blackberry and wild cherries.

It is comprised of 70% village Pommard from 70+ year old vines on the good side of the road. Another 20% of the blend is 1er Cru Ladoix, and the last 10% from Pommard 1er Cru Noizons.

42 year old vines of pinot noir and clay-limestone terroir. 16 - 18 months of maturing  in french oak with 50% of the barrels new. 

*ALL PRICES IN BOND* 25 year old vines of chardonnay grapes in clay-limestone terroir. Maturing in french oak barrel, 30% of which are new. A rare Chardonnay appellation which is to be served young.

23 year old vines and clay-limestone terroir. Pressing of full grapes, malolactic and alcoholic fermentation in french oak barrels. Light stirring of the lees. 14-16 months maturing on the lees.
