T-Oinos: The Critical Acclaim Keeps Coming

It's always great to read positive reviews of your wines, but it's even better when a leading MW like Yiannis Karakasis tweets two outstanding reviews of your wines in the same week - in this case T-Oinos Estate's incredible Malagouzia White and Clos Stegasta Mavrotragano.

Of the Malagouzia White 2014, in a blind tasting of 30 different Malagouzia, Karakasis scored the T-Oinos at 92+ points and wrote "impressively structured and mineral on the palate with real flesh and long finish. Could age easily 4-5 years."

Of the Clos Stegasta Mavrotragano 2013, Karakasis tweeted "candidate for Greece's top red. Powerful with silky tannins from the brilliant granitic terroir of T-Oinos."

And just to put the icing on the cake, we tasted T-Oinos' Clos Stegasta Assyrtiko 2014 this week with another leading MW - this time Greg Sherwood of Handford Wines - who described it as the "Coche - Dury of Greece."

So we make no idle boast when we say that T-Oinos estate's wines deserve to be considered amongst the finest of Europe - and demand a place on any serious wine list. With winemaking overseen by Nadine Goublin of Burgundy's Domaine Jacques Prieur and some of the most stunningly bleak and stony terroir of any vineyard we've ever visited, T-Oinos offers something truly unique.
